W <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employex) and the <br />Fraternal Order of Police/OLC (FOP ) that the following provision shall apply to the Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement (CBA ). <br />In the event any other employee bargaining unit who is negotiating for a successar CBA, <br />other than Lnnits of the FOP/OLCI, receives through negotiations, fact-finding or conciliation, any <br />econoinic benefit that exceeds the increase in ecoizomic benef ts received by these bargaining <br />Linit(s) of the FOP/OLCI, then the FOP shall have the right to meet to work oui comparable <br />benefits for the FOP. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Meniorandum of <br />Understanding on this 27 day of Pebruary, 2004. <br />This Memorandum of Understanding will not be enforced as to any other contract (CBA) <br />settlement reached by the City with other bargaining units in the years 2007 and 2008. <br />Labor\Ohnsted\FOP Officers&Patrol-FINAL <br />26
