. , <br />? <br />LErI'TER OF tJNDERSTANDING <br />The parties agree that as a matter of'policy the Employer has agreed that it is the <br />obligation of the Employer to provide members of the bargaining Linit with Body Armor. The <br />parties have agreed to provide the salne by virtue of Article 26 of the Agreement. As a nlatter oi' <br />equity the Employer recognizes each of the members of the Collective Bargaining Unit have <br />purchased the same with their own funds and it is the desire of the Employer to reimburse each <br />member in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600.00) for said Body Armor.
