t f, <br />a`? + <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING <br />In the event there is created a work day in excess of eight (8) holirs by the Employer, then <br />in the event the work day shall be expressed in ternls of hours and a11 rights, duties and privileges <br />expressed in this agreelnent shall be converted fi•om days to hours. As an eaample, overtime <br />shall be based on liours worked over the newly scheduled "work day". In no eveni shall <br />management's right to sehedule hours of work be affected by changing the wark day in excess of <br />eight (8) hours. It is expressly agreed and understood that the creation of a work day in excess of <br />eight (8) hours shall not inerease any benefit regarding compensation, vacation, time off or any <br />other benefit of employment.
