. ? <br />«-? <br />MEMORANDtIM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and the <br />Fraternal Order of Police/OLC (Union) that the following provision shall apply to the Collective <br />Bargaining Agreeineni (CBA). <br />In the event any other employee bargaiiung Lmit who is negotiating for a successoa- CBA, <br />otlier than zulits of the FOP/OLCI, receives tl-irough negotiations, fact-finding or coiiciliation, any <br />econoinic benefit fl7at exceeds the increase in economic benefits received by this bargaining unit <br />of the FOP/OLCI, then the Union shall have Che right to meet to wark out comparable benefits <br />for the Union. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Memorandum of <br />Understanding o11 this _ day of February, 2004. <br />This Memoranduin of Understanding will not be enforced as to any other contact (CBA) <br />settlement reached by the Employer with other bargaining units in the years 2007 and 2008. <br />FOR THE UNION: FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />FOP/Ohio Labor Council, Inc.
