All of the CCCFTA instructors assigned to teach that day. <br />c. Members of the local fire department -(as assigned by the training officer or the chief of the fire <br />department) <br />d. Instructors who enrollea in our instructor class and are using this class io obtain their student <br />teaching hours. <br />e. Local politicians (Mayors, Council members, Safety Directors) as requested by the local fire <br />chief <br />6. Owners responsibilities - The owners / developers / contraciors are responsible for the following: <br />a. An asbestos survey for live burn training (not an asbestos survey for demolition) completed. If <br />any asbestos is found in the building, the owner must have it removed. If the owner will not <br />remove the asbestos, we will not use the building. <br />b. Contact Water Department to have water meter removed a.nd the water to the building shut off <br />in the street. <br />c. Contact Electric Company to have the meter removed and disconnect the wires from the house <br />to the electrical pole. <br />d. Contact Gas Company to have the gas meter removed and the gas to the building shut off in <br />the street. <br />e. Contact Cable and Phone Company to remove and discoranect wires from the house to the <br />electrical pole <br />f. Removal or neutralization of all hazardous materials storage, containers and conditions within <br />the structure shall be accomplished. <br />g. Contractors doing demolition work must contact city building department to complete an <br />application for a demolition permit. Demolition permit is npeded before we can burn. <br />h. Contractor to supply 40 yard dumpster on site during live burn training ta allow CCCFTA to <br />dispose of building items during live burn training. <br />g. The owner or duly authorized agent has to take possession of the property after CCCFTA has <br />completed its training and owner has to remove all debris and restore/improve the property as <br />required by the city having jurisdiction.
