Resolution No. 2008-58 <br />SECTION 3: That, upon award of the grant or earlier if necessary, this Council shall <br />timely appropriate the required matching grant funds which shall be ten (10%) percent of the grant <br />not to exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000.00) from the Hotel Motel Fund. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately because the <br />application deadline has already passed, and action taken by the Administration without Council <br />approval must be ratified in order for the City to obtain the benefits of said action; and further <br />provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 4! <br />, <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading. <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />, <br />t e? <br />t Z, C <br />ATTEST.• <br />, <br />? <br />ARBARA L.
