Maximum Permitted Duration: Must be removed one (1) week <br />after sale of real estate, the fiill occupancy of all leased space, or <br />the completion of improvement. <br />(3) Additional regulatious applicable to temporary signs erected on non- <br />residential property that do iiot advertise approved development under <br />construction, the improvement, sale or lease of property: <br />A. Pennit: A periilit sticlcer shall be obtained from the Building <br />Department identifyilig dates the sign is permitted to be displayed. <br />Pennit sticl:ers inlist be attaclied to the sign when the sign is <br />installed. A separate pei-mit is required for each sticker granted. <br />No inore than two stickei-s iiiay be issued to any building unit in the <br />same calendac year. A scaled diagram of the sign(s) including <br />description oC matcrials, fee, aild application signed by the property <br />owiler sliall be submilted to the Building Department as part of the <br />permit application. <br />B. Maximum Permittcd Number: <br />i. Single Occupancy Building: One sign per street frontage is <br />permittcd, but iiot to exceed two. <br />ii. Multiple Occupaiicy Building: One sign per building unit, <br />but iiot to cxceed three such signs on the property at one <br />11111C. <br />C. Maximum Pcrniittcd Duration: Signs shall be permitted for a <br />maximum of thirty (30) days froni the date of permit approval or <br />the duration of the activity or serviee, whichever is less. All signs <br />shall be rcmovcd no later tllan one (1) weelc after the completion of <br />the activity or scrvice being advertised. <br />(4) Non-commercial opinion si,__,ns on iioil-residential property: All parcels are <br />permitted up to thrcc (3) non-coi»nicrcial opinion signs no earlier than <br />thirty (30) days bcfore au clectioii and shall be removed no later than one <br />(1) week following thc elcction. Such signs shall not exceed eight (8) <br />square feet in area pec face, iiot cxceed four (4) feet in height above grade, <br />and shall be set back a nlinimu111 of tive (5) feet from every right of way. <br />Non-commercial oj)inion signs may iiot be illuminated. <br />
