No non-commercial <br />opinion sign may be ilhuninated. <br />(4) All parcels are perniitted an additional five (5) non-commercial opinion <br />signs no earlier than thirty (30) days before an election and shall be <br />removed no later tiian one (1) weelc following the election. Such <br />additional signs shall not exceed eight (8) square feet in area per face, not <br />exceed four (4) fect in height above grade, and shall be set back a <br />minimum of fifteeil (15) feet from every right of way. Such additional <br />non-commercial oj)inion signs may not be illuminated. <br />(b) Temporary Signs on Non-[Zesidential Property <br />(1) Regulations applicable to all temporary signs on non-residential properiy, <br />except as regulatcci by ll 63.34(b)(4): <br />A. Type: The only types of tenlporary signs that are permitted are <br />ground sigils, wall signs and banners. All other types of temporary <br />signs are prohibited. <br />B. Location: Teillporary ground sigils shall not be permitted within <br />five (5) fect of tlle right-of-way, nor shall they be permitted in any <br />required parl:iiig arca, drivc or loading area. Temporary signs shall <br />comply with all provisions of 1163.17. Temporary wall signs shall <br />not extend more tlian six (6) iilches from any wall or structure upon <br />which they are erectecl. No sigils shall be attached to light poles, <br />fixtures, mechanical cquipment, fences, dumpsters, or landscaping. <br />No signs shall be attached to any permanent sign ar sign base. <br />C. Maxinnini Arca: Ground signs shall be a maximum of twelve (12) <br />square fcet pcr side and twenty four (24) square feet total area. <br />Wall signs shall bc building u7ounted single-faced signs and shall <br />not exceed t\\'cnty (20) square feet in area. Banners shall be <br />building mOLmted single-faced signs and shall not exceed twenty <br />(20) squarc lcct in ?u'ca. <br />D. Maxinlum 1lcight: Gi-ound signs shall be a maximum of six (6) <br />feet above grade. ?Valls signs and banners shall not be attached to <br />any roof or roof cleiueilt and must be a mininlum of two (2) feet <br />below the tol) of the surface to which they are attached. <br />E. Design: Tcmpocacy signs mtist be professional in appearance and <br />fabricatcd from durable and weatherproof materials. <br />F. Illtnuination oCtcinporary signs is prohibited. <br />G.
