ARTICLE I <br />PREAMBLE <br />THIS AGREEMENT is hereby entered into by and between the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, herein referred to as the "Employer" and the International Association of Fire Fighters, <br />Local 1267, AFL-CIO, herein referred to as the "Association". <br />ARTICLE II DEFINITIONS <br />2.1 In this agreement, the following terms, whether capitalized or not, shall have the <br />following meanings: <br />Agreement: <br />Ag,grieved Part y: <br />Association: <br />Basic Hourly Rate of Pav for <br />Line Personnel: <br />Basic Hourlv rate of Pay for <br />Staff Personnel: <br />Board of Health: <br />This agreement including all amendments thereto. <br />Any employee or employees within the Association <br />filing a grievance. <br />Local 1267 I.A.F.F. <br />For personnel that work a 51.7 hour work <br />week, that rate of pay equal to the total annual <br />salary of an Employee divided by 2688.4 hours. <br />Effective January l, 2003 for personnel that work a <br />50.4 hour work week, that rate of pay equal to the <br />total annual salary of an Employee divided by <br />2620.8 hours. <br />For personnel that work a 40 hour work <br />week, that rate of pay equal to the total annual <br />salary of an Employee divided by 2080 hours. <br />The Cuyahoga County Board of Health. <br />Call Back: The time an employee is called back to work and <br />which is commonly understood by the Employer <br />and the Association as call back time. <br />Ca tain: <br />Civil Service Commission: <br />Civil Service Rules and Regulations <br />An individual having the rank of Captain in the Fire <br />Department. <br />The Civil Service Commission as is commonly <br />recognized in the City of North Olmsted, State of <br />Ohio. <br />Rules and regulations as outlined by the Civil <br />Service Cornmission from time to time.
