Failure to comply wiU result in IMMEDIATE termination of this agreement. 3_3 EEO Oaoortunitv Reauirements: The Contacior shall comply with the requirements under O.R.C. 125.111. The Contractor shall not discriminate against anyone because of race, coinr, religion, creed, sex, age, disability, national arigin or ancestry. 3.4 Dhio Electioo Law: The Contrador affirms that, as applicable to it, no party listed in O.R.C. 3517.13 (I) or (J) (including an individual, partner, shareholder, administrdtor, exetutor, trustee or owner of more than twenty percent of the corporation or business trust), nor the spouse af such party, has made, as an individual, within the two previous calendar years, one of more contributions totaling in excess of on thousand dol{ars ($1,000.00) to the Governor or ta the Governors campaign committee, consistent with the restrictions under O.R.C. 3517.13 (1) and W • The Contract Documents embody the entire understanding of the parties and frorn the basis of the Contract between the Department and the ContractDr. The Contract Documents shall be considered to be incorporated by reference into this Contract as if fully rewritten herein. The Contract and any modification, amendments or alterations thereto sha{l be governed, construed and enforced by and under the iaws of the State of Ohio. tf any term or provision of the Contract, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is finaliy determined, to be invalid or unentarceable by a court of compeient jurisdiction, the remainder of the Contract or the application of such term or provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected ihereby, and each term and provision of the Contact shall be valid and enforced to tF?e fullest extent permitted by iaw. The Contract shall be binding on the Contr-actor and the City of North 0lmstead, their suaessors and assigns, in respect to all covenants and obtigations contained in the Contract Documents, but the Contract rnay not be assigned by the Contractor without prior written consent of the City of North Olmstead. i"his Contract has been executed in several counterparts, each of which shall constitute a complete original Contract which may be introduced in evidence or used for any other pwpose without production of any other counterparts.
