Limpert, Director of Public Services <br />January 14, 2008 <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />1.5.3 The duties and responsibilities of the R.PR shall be as outlined in the Standard <br />General Conditions. <br />1.6 START-UP AND TRAINING SERVICES <br />1.6.1 ATS shall provide services to assist the owner with start-up operations of the <br />improved facilities. <br />1.6.2 ATS shall provide training as it relates to equipment installed as part of the <br />Project and overall plant operation. <br />1.7 OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL <br />1.7.1 ATS shall update the existing operation and maintenance rnanual to reflect the <br />improvements constructed as part of the Project. Upda.te shall consist of adding <br />information on new equipment, revising existing information as it is affected by <br />and revising sketches to reflect the proposed improvements. <br />1.7.2 ATS shall review the revised manual with City and provide four (4) hard copies <br />of the final manual. In addition, ATS shall provide complete electronic copies of <br />the manuals. <br />1.8 ONE YEAR CERTIFICATION SERYICES <br />1.8.1 ATS shall assist City in correcting unforeseen operational problems for a period <br />of one year from the date of substantial completion. <br />1.8.2 ATS shall prepare and present a One Year Certification Report to the City which <br />shall include a summary of the previous year's operating results, a discussion of <br />problems incurred and their solution. <br />1.9 SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES <br />1.9.1 ATS shall provide any or all of the supplemental services listed in this paragraph <br />in addition to those services set forth as basic services when authorized in writing <br />by the City. <br />1.9.2 Preparation of applications and supporting documents for private or <br />intergovernmental grants, loans, or advances in connection with the Project; <br />preparation or review of environmental assessments and impact statements; <br />
