Ordinance No. 2008-95 <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, SHALL READ IN ITS ENTIRETY AS FOLLOVVS: <br />SECTION 8: That the funds received by the City from all emergency medical <br />services and ambulance transportation billings to non-residents shall sefitifwete <br />be designated to the -w General Fund and expended to meet anv of <br />the general needs of the Citv ; and that the <br />funds received by the City from all emergency medical services and ambulance <br />transportation billings to residents shall be designated as follows: (a) Seventy- <br />Five Percent (75%) to the General Fund; and (b) Twenty-Five Percent (25%) to a <br />new Special Fund created by Section 9 below, which shall be entitled the <br />"Emergency Medical Services Fund." <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading <br />Third Reading: <br /> <br />ATTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
