? <br />Resolution No. 2008-96 <br />Olmsted Police Department. In connection with its proposed participation in this f'ederal <br />assistance program, the City of North Olmsted is not required to provide any matching funds or <br />other property. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized, on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted, to accept assistance from the CEDAP program, if it is awarded, and to execute contracts <br />and/or any such other documents that are required in order to effectuate acceptance of such <br />program assistance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately in order to meet <br />the June 30, 2008 CEDAP application deadline for Fiscal Year 2008; and further provided that it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />.?' <br />ATTEST: <br />c <br />(RBARA L.
