ARTICLE 15 <br />BEREAVEMENT LEAVE <br />All employees sha11 be granted Bereavement Leave according to the following schedule: <br />15.1 Upon the death of an immediate family member, five (5) days; and, <br />15.2 Upon the death of a family member three (3) days. <br />15.3 For the purposes of this article, immediate family member sha11 mean: Husband, <br />wife, child, parent, brother or sister of employee and parents of spouse of the employee. <br />Family member shall mean: Brother or sister of spouse, grandparents, grandparents of spouse, <br />grandchild as well as any relative iiving in the employee's home. <br />15.4 Bereavement leave sha11 be exclusive of sick time or any other accumulated time. <br />? <br />20 <br />
