ARTICLE 3 <br />, OLC REPRESENTATION <br />3.1 Non-employee representation of the OLC sha11 be admitted to the Employer's <br />facility for the purpose of processing grievances, attending meetings, or for monitoring the <br />administration of this Agreement, upon approval of the Employer or his designee. The Employer <br />or lus designee shall facilitate any necessary contact between the representative and any on duty <br />bargaining unit mernber employee, provided that arrangement of the contact is not unduly <br />disruptive of the employees job responsibilities. <br />3.2 The OLC sha11 have use of suitable bulletin boards for the posting of OLC notices <br />or other materials.
