ARTICLE 30 <br />DURATION <br />30.1 This Agreement represents an understanding between the City and the F.O.P./Ohio <br />Labor Council, and it shall be effective as of January 1, 2001, and remain in full force and <br />effective until December 31, 2003, and from year to year thereafter, unless at least ninety (90) <br />da.ys prior to that expiraxion date, or any anniversary date thereof, either party provides written <br />notice to the other of any intent to modify or terminate this <br />Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereuntv set their hands this day <br />of ,2001. <br />For the F.
