ARTICLE 29 <br />FIREARMS PROFIGIENCY BENEFIT <br />29.1 Effective January 1, 2001, members ofthe bargaining unit who have exceeded the <br />Sta.te minimum firearms proficiency, shall receive a seven hundred dollar ($700.00) per year <br />proficiency bonus. <br />Effective January l, 2002, members of the bargaining unit who have exceeded the Sta.te <br />minimuxn fireazms proficiency, sha11 receive a seven hundrad dollaz ($700.00) per year <br />proficiency bonus. <br />Effective January l, 2003, members of the bargaining unit who ha.ve exceeded the State <br />minimum firearrns proficiency shall receive a seven hundred dollar ($700.00) per year proficiency <br />bonus. <br />40 <br />
