<br />interest of the Trustees in or to the Existing Facility and iu site, together with all improvements <br />made thereupon or thereto, by quit-claim deed. <br />ITEM VII: Authorizarion <br />The provisions of this Agieement shail inure to the benefit of the City, and the <br />Trustees and tize Library, and their successors at law, and represents the fu11 and complete <br />aareement between the parties hereto, it being acknowledaed that neither party relies upon any <br />outside representations, warranties, or parol statements of any kind or nature to vary the written <br />terms and conditions herein contained. <br />The duly authorized and acting ofricers of the Ciry, and of the Trustees of the <br />Library, execute this Agreement pursuant to their respective offices and trusts, as established, <br />inter ali by Sections 721.22 and 3375.40 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, <br />when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed an original, but such counterpares together shall <br />constitute but one and the same instrument <br />-8- <br />,?
