<br /> <br />The City shall be responsible for the installation of all initial landscaping of the <br />Site contemplated by this Agreement, together with such landscapin; of adjacent areas involved <br />in the groject. The cost of such landscaping shall be part of the total budQet of the project and <br />sha11 be paid by the City frorn net proceeds of Obligatior.s or net investment earnings thereon. <br />ITEM V: Operatioa of Library <br />The Trustees shall operate, staff, maintain and provide materials for the <br />continuin, operation of a free public library in the New Facility, as they presently do at the <br />Existing Facility, as provided in and for the term of the Lease Aareement or any renewal or <br />continuation thereof. The operation of the New Facility shall be in accardance with Rules and <br />Regulations established by the Trustees for other similar branch libraries throughout the <br />Library's jurisdiction. The Trustees shail continue to provide such services and materials at the <br />Existing Facility until occupancy of and commencement of operations within the New Facility <br />by the Trustees. <br />ITEM VI: Relocation/Existing Facility <br />The Tnistees shall be responsible for the relocation of their operations, including <br />all books, furnishings and equipment to be used in the New Facility, from the Existing Facility to <br />the New Facility, and for aIl costs and expenses associated therewith. The Trustees agree to <br />leave for the City in the Existing Facility, upon consent of the City, any and all fumiture and <br />equipment in the Existing Facility rhat is not deemed by the Trustees to be of any value to the <br />Trustees in the operation of the New Facility. Any furniture or equipment that the City does not <br />consent to be Ieft in the Existing Facility shall be removed and disposed of by the Trustees at <br />their sole cost and expense. Upon the occupancy of the New Facility and commencement of <br />operations therein by the Tnutees, the Tnistees shall convey to the City any and alI remaining <br />-7- <br />?
