CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT T111S COritraCt is made on the a 8 day of 2000, at the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, between the City of North Olmsted, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 [hereinafter, "Employer"], and Jerry Ludvik, 35265C North Turtle Trail, Willoughby, Ohio 40940, SS# 273-38-5183 [hereinafter, "Employee"]. Whereas, Employee is willing to be employed by Employer, and Employer is willing to employ Employee, on the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth in this Contract; and Whereas, Employer, by Ordinance No. 2000- L6-? duly adopted on 2000, authorized the Mayor to enter into this Contract with the Employee; NOW, Therefore, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises of the parties, Employer and Employee covenant and agree as follows: Section I Nature of and Place of Employment Employer does hire and employ Employee as a golf consultant at Springvale Golf Course, and Employee does accept and agree to such hiring and employment. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and directions of Employer, Employee shall provide golf programs and instruction affiliated with the PGA and professional golf, to include adult men's and women's, youth, and goup and private lessons throughout the golf season, special coordination of lessons for special events, instruction on management of play for starters and rangers, and shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to Employee from time to time by Employer.
