<br />Section II <br />Manner of Performance of Employee's Duties <br />Employee agrees to perform, at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his <br />ability, experience, and talent, all of the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the <br />express and implicit terms of this Contract, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Such duties <br />shall be rendered at North Olmsted City Schools, North Olmsted City Hall, North Olmsted Police <br />Headquarters, and at such other place or places as Employer shall in good faith require or as the <br />interests, needs, business, and opportunities of Employer shall require or make advisable. <br />Section III <br />Duration of Employment <br />The term of this Contract shall be for a period of nine months, commencing on April l, <br />2000, and terminating on December 31, 2000, subject, however, to prior termination as provided <br />below. <br />Section IV <br />Payment and Reimbursement <br />Employer shall pay Employee and Employee _agrees to accept from Employer, in full <br />payment for Employee's services under this Contract, compensation at the rate of $3,000 per year, <br />payable in one lump sum on December 31, 2000. <br />In addition, Employer agrees that it will reimburse Employee for any and all necessary, <br />customary, and usual expenses incurred by him while traveling for and on behalf of the Employer <br />pursuant to Employer's directions. As part of the compensation package, range balls will be <br />provided for those patrons paying for golf instruction. <br />Section V <br />Option To Terminate Contract for Permanent <br />Disability of Employee <br />Notwithstanding anything in this Contract to the contrary, Employer has the option to <br />terminate this Contract in the event that during its term Employee shall become permanently <br />disabled as the term permanently disabled is defined below. Such option shall be exercised by <br />Employer giving notice to Employee by registered mail, addressed to him in care of Employer at <br />North Olmsted City Hall, or at such other address as Employee shall designate in writing, of its <br />intention to terminate this Contract on the last day of the month during which such notice is mailed, <br />and on the giving of such notice this Contract and the term of this Contract come to an end on the <br />2 <br />
