CITY OF NORTH OLr <br />ORDINANCE NO. 201 <br />BY: COUNCILMEMBER GAREAU <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW SECTION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE CITY O. <br />"PROCEDURE FOR MINOR CHANGES," . <br />EXPEDITED APPROYAL PROCEDIIRE FOR h <br />STRUCTURES AND OTHER BUILDINGS A <br />HISTORICAL DISTRICTS, AND DECLARING <br />< <br />..? <br />,-. <br />; <br />i <br />`?...? ?.#?' ? ?•• ?` J <br />WHEREAS, on May 5, 1999, this Council adopted Ordinance No. 99-40, which created a <br />comprehensive process for reviewing building and demolition permits involving historical structures <br />and non-historical buildings and other structures located in historical districts of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, during the past year, in the course of administering the process established by <br />Ordinance No. 99-40, the Landmarks Commission has been required to hold hearings on building <br />pernut applications which have involved minor matters which did not have any significant impact on <br />the historical structures or historical districts involved; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, in order to improve and streamline the <br />administrative process created by Ordinance No. 99-40, to create and provide for a minor change <br />procedure which would authorize the Landmarks Commission to dispense with a full review of <br />applications for building permit applications which involve only minor changes to historical <br />structures, or to non-historical buildings or other structures or improvements located in historical <br />districts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHID. <br /> <br />
