CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 139 <br />BY: THE ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REUISE THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />BY ADOPTING CURRENT REPLACEMENT PAGES; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be amended to <br />conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by <br />Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. Drane <br />Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a general and <br />permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated into component codes, <br />titles, chapters and sections within the 2000 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances are <br />hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, amended or <br />repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State law: <br />Traffic Code <br />303.99 Penalty. (Amended) <br />333.01 Driving Under the Influence. (Amended) <br />333.031 Approaching a Stationary Public Safety Vehicle. (Added) <br />335.07 Driving Under Suspension or Revocation. (Amended) <br />337.18 Motor Vehicles and Motorcycle Brakes. (Amended) <br />337.24 Motor Vehicle Stop Lights. (Amended) <br />337.31 Directional Signals Required. (Added) <br />339.03 Maximum Width, Height and Length. (Amended) <br />General Offenses Code <br />501.04 Rules of Construction. (Amended) <br />501.09 Attempt. (Amended) <br />509.03 Disorderly Conduct. (Amended) <br />509.05 Misconduct At An Emergency. (Amended) <br />513.03 Controlled Substance Possession or Use.
