(Amended) <br />SECTION 3: The complete text of the sections of the Codified Ordinances listed above are <br />set forth in full in the current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances which are adopted <br />herein. Any summary publication of this ordinance shall include a complete listing of these sections. <br />Notice of adoption of each new section by reference to its title shall constitute sufficient publication <br />of new matter contained therein. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare for the reason that it is <br />imperative to adopt cunent replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances in order to avoid practical <br />and legal entanglements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of twathirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: o c) <br />ATTEST: <br /><? <br />J A.
