SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br />this Resolution immediately upon its passage and approval to Congressman Kucinich <br />and to the following State of Ohio officials: Governor Taft, State Senator Spada and <br />State Representative Sally Conway Kilbane. <br />5ECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution becomes <br />effective immediately so that a cure for these terrible diseases may be found at the <br />earliest possible date, and further provided that it receives an affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: & d6".''G' <br />,f?? <br />AT T: <br />r <br />BARBARA L.
