v. f_ , e <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE 2000-111 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN DEAN MCKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges as well as various fringe benefits for administrative <br />and legislative personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various administrative personnel of the City <br />of North Olmsted. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2001 2002 2003 <br />A. Mayor (salary established through separate ordinance) <br />B. Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater than the <br />highest step of the collective bargaining agreement for the Secretary I position plus 2.5%. <br />L. Assistant Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater <br />than the highest step of the collective bargaining agreement for the Secretary II position plus 2.5°/a. <br />M. Work days, hours worked per day, part-time or full-time status of the Mayor's Administrative <br />Assistant shall be determined as deemed appropriate by the Mayor. <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law.
