<br />F. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the Director of Law, for secretarial
<br />services and other general oifice expenses, the sum of $19,741 in 2001, $20,333 in 2002 and

<br />SECTION 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Finance.
<br />The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate.

<br />SECTION 4: That the salary for nonbargaining unit Secretary I and Secretary II full and part time positions shall be
<br />determined by the Mayor, Director and/or Division Leader and be no greater than the highest step of the collective
<br />bargaining agreement for the respective positions plus 2.5%.
<br />SECTION 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the President of Council as appropriate.
