Preliminary design included reviewing <br />? altematives to select material, configuration, and methods to control inflow and <br /> outflow of sewage. <br /> • Pittsburgh Steeler's Stadium Parking Lots 2 and 3- Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, <br />? Pennsylvania. Designed the civil site improvements which included, soil and erosion <br /> control, signing and pavement marking. <br />? • Erie Welcome Center, Department of General Services, Erie Pennsylvania: Designed <br /> ramps, parking lots, storm sewers and detention pond with spillway for this $5 million <br /> project. Prepared plans to conform with DGS and PennDOT requirements. <br />' • Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland, Ohio. The existing parking <br /> garage was separated into two zones for long term and short term parking. <br /> <br />? Developed plans for new signage and pavement mazkings and modifications to the <br />existing signs and traffic patterns. <br /> • Wayne 241 for the Ohio Department of Transportation District Three: Designed a <br /> culvert, including hydraulic studies and the preparation of detailed construction and <br />? right-of-way plans. <br /> • Youth Development Center, Summit County, for the Cuyahoga County <br />? Commissioners: Studied and prepared plans for site improvements consisting of road <br /> and parking lot resurfacing and rehabilitation, and pavement marking.. <br />? He has excellent working knowledge of computer programs such as AutoCAD Release 14 which he <br />uses to develop contract drawings as well as renderings of project models. He is conversant in the <br />use of several software design programs such as I-DEAS, SODA, WINbeam, MathCAD, Softdesk, <br />? MerlinDASH, STAAD Plus and H'ighway Capac:ty Softwaze (HCS).
