PSI Proposal Number: 142-149 <br />Dear Ms. Vargas: <br />As per our telephone conversarion of July,25, 2000 Professional Service Industries, <br />Inc. (PSI), is pleased to submit the following proposal for performance of a subsurface <br />exploration at the site of the referenced project.
