The results of the field exploration and laboratory tests will be used <br />in the engineering analysis and in the formulation of the recommendations for the <br />distressed areas of the referenced building. The results of the subsurface exploration, <br />including the recommendations and the data on which they are based, will be presented <br />in a written report prepared by a professional engineer. <br />PSI laboratories are equipped with modem soil and rock testing apparatus, and field <br />exploration programs are conducted with modern drilling equipment. Field and <br />laboratory testing is performed by trained, qualified technicians under the guidance and <br />supervision of professional engineers. <br />It is proposed that the fee for the performance of the above outlined services be <br />determined on the following unit price basis, and that the work be performed pursuant <br />to the attached PSI General Conditions: <br />Unit <br />Item Unit Price <br />1.
