?;. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000 - 104 <br />By: Councilma.n Michael Garea,u, Jr. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />LOCATED ON PROPERTY OWNED BY EDWARD A. AND ELAINE M. <br />YAKAMAVAGE AND DESIGNATED AS PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 232- <br />14-087 CUYAHOGA COUNTY MAPS AND RECORDS; SAID EASEMENT <br />SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "C" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has agreed to pay all costs and expense for the <br />construction of the sanitary sewer improvement within the easement area as shown on the Exhibit <br />"A" and "B". <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the City hereby accepts an easement from Edward A. and Elaine M. <br />Yakamavage for a sanita.ry sewer improvement, as shown on Exhibit "A" and "B". <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause <br />said easement to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety of the <br />City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: <br />A' <br />ra L.
