<br />., <br />EXHIBIT C <br />PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT Edward A. and Elaine M. Yakamavage, the GRANTORS, for and in <br />consideration of valuable consideration received to their full satisfaction of lessening the <br />danger of basement flooding, which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, the Grantee, its successor and assigns forever, a <br />perpetual easement for Right-of-Way Sanitary Sewer purposes for the construction on <br />and under the following described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part <br />of Permanent Parcel No. 232-14-087, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as described <br />and identified in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B", together with the right and privilege <br />to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, repair, maintenance, <br />inspection, and survey of said sewers and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said perpetual easement and right-of-way unto the said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantors themselves, and their <br />successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, <br />that they are the lawful owners of said premises and have full power to grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the <br />same against all claims. <br />The said easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Crrantee the right to <br />construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the <br />transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of
