r SECTION 1: That the Mayor and the Entire Council of the City of North Olmsted, personally and collectively, and on behalf of all of the residents of the City of North Olmsted, commend the following S.I.T.E.S. students for the contribution they have made to their community in researching and creating a historical report of the elected North Olmsted officials from 1950 to the present: Curtis A. Baker, Class of 2000 - S.I.T.E.S. project leader; Shawna Calaway, Class of 2000 - S.I.T.E.S. student - Safety Director's Office; Monica Clodwick, Class of 2000 - S.I.T.E.S. student - Landmarks Commission; James McCraw, Class of 2000 - S.I.T.E.S. student - Mayor's Office; and Katie Waddell, Class of 2000 - S.I.T.E.S. student - Human Resources Department. SECTION 2: That this Resolution be spread in full upon the records of this Council and that the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a duly authenticated and executed copy of this Resolution to each of the aforenamed students. SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of North Olmsted and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution immediately go into effect so that it may be timely presented to the commended students before they leave the City to embark upon their college careers, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. ?: ..
