<br />"1136.04 PERMITTED BUILDINGS AND USES. <br />Buildings and land shall be used and buildings shall be erected, altered, moved ancl <br />maintained in a SFC District only in accordance with the following: <br />(a) Main buildings and uses: <br />(1) One-family dwellings; and <br />(2) Common open space and recreation areas. <br />(b) Accessory buildings and uses: <br />(1) A private garage attached to or located in a one-family dwelling; open <br />parking areas; and <br />(2) Gardens, fence!E <br />common land -or C,>;??? s <br />9?t c 01a. Sk ' ??{1:., <br />s?ka 6, bw$: <br /> <br />? t <br />? ;3 ta.: ?;?n?? ;)ur°v,tK?i?a?:l? <br />C g?ct:£)l" <br />tA3iFL.isn£. tdi > )lf <br />SECTION 2: That Section 1136.05 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Area and Density <br />Requirements," which presents reads as follows: <br />"1136.05 AREA AND DENSITY REQUIREIVIENTS. <br />The following minimum requirements are established to guide and control the <br />planning, development, and use of land in a SFC District. <br />(a) Development Area. The minimum area to qualify for a SFC DistricC development <br />shall not be less than five contiguous acres. <br />(b) Development Area Densitv. The residential density of the entire development <br />area shall not exceed six dwelling units per acre. <br />(c) Accessory Buildings. Accessory buildings except private attached garages and <br />commonly owned recreation facilities shall not be permitted in a SFC District. <br />(d) He_i2ht• The height of any single family dwelling in a single family cluster <br />development shall not exceed two and one-half stories. The Planning <br />Commission may, however, allow a height af three stories where topographic or <br />other conditions warrant such height. <br />(e) Floor Area.
