Steel Sanitary Drain Line: <br />a) Core drill a 2" ? hole into the Primary Return Well in the eastern %z of the well; <br />b) Install a buried, double link sealed ?" ? Steel Sanitary Drain Line stub into the <br />core drilled hole; <br />c) Install a flange on the yard piping end of the 2" ? Steel Sanitary Drain Line stub; <br />and <br />d) Install a buried 2" ? PVC Sanitary Drai.n Line between the Primary Retum Well <br />and the eastem edge of the excavation at the Secondary Retum Well for the <br />partially complete 6" ? DI Centrate Line. <br />3. Instailarion of a partially complete 2" ? DI Centrifuge Sludge Feed Line: <br />a) Remove the existing 45° elbow from the eYisting buried 4" ? DI Thermal <br />Conditioning Feed Line in the yard north of the Raw Sludge Storage Building <br />(RSB); <br />b) Install a 4"x4"x2" wye in the existi.ng buried 4" ? DI Thermal Conditioning Feed <br />Line; and . <br />c) Install a buried 2" ? DI Centrifuge Feed Line between the 4"x4"x2" wye and the <br />east wa11 of the SLB. <br />After procuring a repair solid bowl and scroll conveyor in 2001 for the complete dewatering <br />centrifuge system, the second sludge feed piping phase would be constructed. The second <br />sludge feed piping phase is presently expected to be as follows: <br />Construction of a drain in the concrete access box located between the two existing <br />Oxidized Sludge Tanks: <br />a) Core drill a hole in the bottom of the concrete access box south of the existing 4" <br />? DI Thennal Condirioning Feed Line; and <br />b) Install 2" ? PVC drain line between the core drill and the Tunnel A sump pump. <br />{ 2. Complete the installation of a 6" ? DI Centrate Line:
