Projecf Personnel 5-13
Ms. Hodgson is a staff engineer with experience in design of water and wastewater treatment facility
upgrades. She also has experience in computer database, geographic information system, information
management system applications, planning and implementation of water quality sampling plans and the
design of sanitary sewer flow monitoring schemes. Ms. Hodgson is a design engineer and has provided
technical support in the areas of hydraulic modeling, water treatment plant design, storm water pollution
control, waste minimization and worker health and safety.
EXPERIENCE:
• Provided mechanical design and plant layout for improvements on water treatment plant.
Coordinated design work between specific disciplines of the project. Prepared contract documents
and drawings for the construction of the plant expansion.
• Provided assistance in design of retaining grate for waste unloading site at waste water treatment
plant.
• Provided assistance for preparation of site verification and design recommendation report for
improvements on a water treatment plant. Assessed current conditions and provided
recommendations for increasing the capacity of the treatment facility.
• Serving as the GIS coordinator for the Easterly CSO Phase II facilities planning effort for the
Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Prepared a sewer base map to be incorporated into the
collection system hydraulic model. Established a database to provide detailed information for the
model and produce presentation quality maps of the entire sewer service area.
• Prepared GIS project base map detailing sampling and monitoring locations, interceptor sewers,
collection system appurtenances, geographic and physical features, topography, political
houndaries and sewer service areas.
• Prepared a water quality-sampling plan designed to characterize the water quality of combined
sewer overflows and receiving waters during wet weather events. Defined procedures for
quantifying the nature of dry-weather outfalls to receiving waters. Included site selection criteria,
