PERMANENT STORMSEWER EASEMENT %1VOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT 7oseph M. & Dorothy Dickey, hereinafter collectively refened to as "Grantor," for and in consideration of valuable consideration received to Grantor's full satisfactioq including performance by the Grantee, at Grantee's expense, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Grantor, of all the undertakings set forth in the letter to Grantor from Paul Deichmann, Engineer for Grantee, of August 9, 1999 (hereinafter the "Work Letter"), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT unto the City of North Olmsted, a municipal corporation, herein referred to as "Grantee," and to its successors and assigns forever, a perpetual and permanent easement on and under certain azeas of the lands owned by the Grantor and known as part of Permanent Parcel No. 234-16-3, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as described in Exhibits A and B hereto, hereinafter known as the "Easement Parcel," for storm sewer purposes, together with the right and privilege to enter upon or under the Easement Parcel for purposes of constructioq inspection, repair, maintenance, and survey of said sewers and any appurtenances thereto, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, TO HAVE AND HOLD said permanent easement and right-of-way unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The Grantor themselves, and their successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, that they are the lawful owners of the Easement Parcel, and have full power to gant, bargain, sell, convey, and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims. The easement ganted is given for the purpose of allowing the Grantee the right to construct, inspect, repair, operate, maintain, and survey a storm sewer, together with the .0- .?*, .?.?., ?,?.?? ?,?... .. ... , .
