Ordinance No. 2000-13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on a ,2000, by fannal motion, recommended that this Ordinance, supplementally zoning e said parcels of land for inclusion within the WTFO district, be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That, after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council- Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and, as amended, it shall be and the sa.me is hereby revised by supplementally zoning each of the parcels of land, which are described in the attached map for inclusion within the Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Overlay (WTFO) District. Said parcels to be included in the said overlay district are further identified as Permanent Parcel Numbers: 235-27-001, 235-27-008, 235-27-009, 235-27-010, 235-27-011, 235-27-012, 235-28- 001, 235-28-003, 235-28-005, 235-28-010, 236-09-001, 236-09-002, 236-09-003, 236-09-004, 236-14-001,236-14-004. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that, as amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be described and noted as supplementally zoned for inclusion within the City's Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Overlay (WTFO) district, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter be used in accordance, not only in accordance with the uses permitted within their present zoning district classifications, but also in accordance with the uses permitted and regulated in the City's WTFO district. page 2
