No wall sign <br />shall cover or obscure any wall opening. <br />(c) The total area of all signs on a building, including wall signs, shall be limited to <br />the Maximum Sign Face Area per Building as defined in 1163.24, and no single wall <br />sign shall exceed one hundred (100) square feet in sign face area, nor four (4) feet in <br />height. <br />(d) No wall sign shall be nearer than two (2) feet to any other sign, nor nearer than <br />five (5) feet to any other building or structure. <br />1163.28 CANOPY SIGNS. <br />(a) Canopy signs shall not be permitted in One or Two Family Residence Districts, <br />or Single Family Cluster Districts. In all other Districts, one canopy sign shall be <br />permitted per building entrance canopy. <br />(b) No canopy sign shall project more than two (2) inches from the canopy to <br />which it is attached. No canopy sign shall extend any closer than four (4) inches to <br />either the top or side edges of the canopy to which it is attached. No canopy sign shall <br />cover or obscure any wall opening. <br />(c) The total area of all signs on a building, including canopy signs, shall be <br />limited to the Maximum Sign Face Area per Building as defined in 1163.24, and no <br />single canopy sign shall exceed fifty (50) square feet in sign face area, nor four (4) feet in <br />height. No canopy sign shall be more than five (5) feet wider than the entrance(s) over <br />which it is located, except that where two entrances are less than twenty (20) feet apart, <br />a continuous canopy with continuous canopy sign may extend over both. <br />(d) No canopy sign shall be nearer than two (2) feet to any other sign, nor nearer <br />than five (5) feet to any other building or structure. <br />1163.29 BILLBOARDS. <br />Billboards sha11 not be permitted in any zoning district. <br />1163.30 POLE SIGNS. <br />Pole signs shall not be permitted in any zoning district. <br />1163.31 WINDOW SIGNS. <br />(a) No window sign shall exceed either twenty-five (25) square feet in sign face <br />area. <br />(b) The total of all window signs shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the <br />total of all window area. <br />(c) No window sign shall be nearer than two (2) feet to any other sign, building or <br />structure. <br />12 <br />
