0tdinance No. 99-140%*- <br />Page 2 <br />? <br />WHEREAS, the Council, upon careful review and deliberate consideration, has <br />determined that the supplemental zoning of the said parcels of real property, which are identified <br />on the attached map and in the attached legal descriptions, for inclusion within the said overlay <br />district represents a sound and sensible planning decision and is not likely to have any adverse <br />economic or other negative impact upon the owners of subject pazcels of real property, or upon <br />neighboring residential properties; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that, although the overlay district did not exist <br />at the time that the City's Master Plan was last reviewed, the proposed supplemental zoning of <br />these parcels for inclusion within the overlay district created by Chapter 1140 of the Zoning Code <br />will not be inconsistent with the City's Master Plan for the involved azea of the City, and will in <br />fact promote the heaith, welfaze and safety of the residents in this area of this City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on the day of , 1999, <br />by formal motion, recommended that this Ordin supplementally zo ' g the said parcels of <br />land for inclusion within the PFO district, be approv (disapproved); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That, after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this <br />City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has <br />been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council- <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the <br />Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map <br />of North Olmsted is hereby amended and, as amended, it shall be and the same is hereby revised <br />by supplementally zoning each of the parcels of land which aze shown on the atta,ched map <br />(Exhibit A) for inclusion within the Public Facilities Overlay (PFO) District. Said parcels to be <br />included in the said overlay district are further identified in the attached Legal Descriptions <br />(Exhibit B-1 through B-5) and are known as Permanent Parcel Numbers 236-012-004, 236-013- <br />006, 236-013-007, 236-016-013, and 236-016-014. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of <br />a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of <br />North Olmsted so that, as amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in <br />Section 1 hereof shall be described and noted as supplementally zoned for inclusion within the <br />City's PFO district, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter be used in accordance not only <br />with the uses permitterl within their present single-family zoning district classification, but also <br />
