<br />(3 ) In addition to the requirements in (1) and (2), primary and secondary <br />schools, general hospitals and clinics, and recreational and transportation buildings shall <br />have a side yard no less than seventy-five (75) feet wide, and a rear yard no less than one <br />hundred (100) feet wide. <br />(c) Accessory Uses. Driveways and parking areas serving the public facility may be <br />located within the side or rear yard set forth in subsection (b), but parking areas shall not be <br />located less than twenty (20) feet, nor driveways and play areas less than fifty (50) feet from any <br />adjacent lot line. <br />(d) Yards Adjacent to Nonresidential Districts. Side and rear yards for main and <br />accessory buildings and uses adjacent to nonresidential districts shall not be less than the side and <br />rear yard setbacks for that particular district. <br />(e) Landscaped Area. Around the perimeter of every Public Facilities Overlay District <br />parcel, there shall be a landscaped buffer upon which no building, structure, drive, roadway, or <br />parking area shall be permitted. These buffers shall not be less than twenty-five (25) feet from the <br />front and rear lot lines, nor less than twenty (20) feet from the side lot lines, and may exclude <br />driveways that are reasonably necessary for access to dedicated roadways. In addition, the <br />Planning Commission may require the construction or erection of landscaping, fencing, or other <br />materials used to buffer against the transmission of sound and light into adjacent lots. <br />1140.07 SIGNAGE. <br />Signs in Public Facilities Districts shall be designed and maintained in conformity with <br />Chapter 1163 of this Planning and Zoning Code.
