<br />Ordinance No. 99-106 <br />Page 2 <br />(iv) no business shall be operated out of such unit other than the business which is operated <br />out of the main building on the property. <br />(c) These regulations for free-standing industrialized units shall not apply to the temporary use <br />and placement of trailers on General Retail Business property dwing periods of construction <br />activity. <br />(d) For purposes of calculating the maximum sign face area permitted for a business use or uses <br />on any General Retail Business property, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 1163 of <br />the City Zoning Code, the width (or frontage) of an industrialized unit located on the said property <br />sha11 not be included in said calculations. <br />.cFrTrnA[ 2; That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, which is in conflict with or is <br />inconsistent with this Ordinance, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, is hereby <br />repealed. <br />SEC7WAE3; That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a <br />public hearing hereon be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article 4 of the Charter <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />.SECMIV ; That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest per' allowed by law as specified in the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ? li " <br />r <br />$ARBARA L.
