13.2 Employees shall be perniitted to drop their paramedic certification after 18 years of contuiuous service in order of seniority dowii. Employees that drop their Paramedic certification must maintain their EMT certification. Empiovees shall be permitted ta drop tiieir parainedic certification providing the total niunber of remaining parameclics does not fail below thirty-three (> ;). Should manning increase, the total minimum number of paramesiics required wou.id increase bv one (l) for every three (3) addiuonal hires. ARTICLE XIX HEALTH BENEFITS 19.1 T7ie employer shall provide either individual or family medical insiuance coverage at the Employee's option for each fiill-time Employee.
