The Einplorer may liave one (1) representatis•e presem at the time the <br />official personnel file is being inspected by the Employee. <br />35.2 C)nlv the Fire Chief. his confidential Secretary, the Assistant Fire Ciuef and the Employee shall <br />liave aceess to the personnel file, except other City Officials mav liave access and inspect the <br />personnel file on a need to know basis. <br />ARTICLE XXXVI <br />LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br />36.1 In the interest of sound Labor/Management relations, uniess mutually agreed othem7se, once each <br />quarter on a mutually agreeable day and time, the Mayor, ar?d appropriate clesigiiee(s) shall meet <br />with not more then two EYecutive Board meinbers and one non-Executive Board member of the <br />Association to discuss pending probiems or issues of concern and to promote a more harmonious <br />Labor/Management relatiotiship. <br />36.2 An agenda will be furnished upon request of either pariy at least five (?) Nvortdng days in advance <br />of the scheduled meetnigs widi a list of the matters to be taken up in the mceting, and the names of <br />those Association representatives and management representatives who will be attending. <br />36.3 It is fizrther agreed that if special Labor/Management meetings Iiave been requested, atid mutually <br />agreed upon, chey shall be convened as soon as feasible. <br />ARTICLE XXXVII <br />DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />37.1 'i'his Agreement shall be effective as of January 1. 1999 and shall remain in full force and effect <br />untit December 31, 2001, and it shall autornatically be renewed from year to year ihereafter, unless <br />either part,y shall have norified the other in writing in accordance Niirith Article XXXI. <br />37.2 For the duration of the Agreement, all wages. benefits and working conditions shall stay in effect <br />? as presentl_y covered under tlus Agreement unless changed in accordance with A.rticle XXXI. <br />43 <br />
