'0?t, <br />illwo, <br />Ordinance No. 2003-163 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this ordinance go <br />into effect immediately because the works of art must be in place by the opening of the new <br />Library in late winter or early Spring and it will take a number of months to select and purchase <br />works of art for the new Library, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br /> <br />ATTEST.- <br />BARBARA L.
