Ordinance No. 2003-123 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH DLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That, after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Chazter of the City, entitled, "The Council- Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and, as amended, it sha11 be and the same is hereby revised by supplementally zoning each of the pazcels of land, which are presernly zoned for residential use and which are specifically identified and limited to Permanent Parcel Nos. 235-16-008 and 235-16-009, and as displayed on the parcel map attached hereto and incorporated by referenced herein, as Exhibit A, for inclusion within the Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Overlay (WTFO) District. SECTION l: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that, as amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof, specifically Permanent Parcel Nos. 235-16-008 and 235-16-009, sha11 be described and noted as supplementally zoned for inclusion within the City's Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Overlay (WTFO) district, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter be used in accordance, not only in accordance with the uses pennitted within their preserrt zoning district classifications, but also in accordance with the uses permitted and regulated in the City's WTFO district. SECTIOIV 4: That this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
