CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2003 -120 BY: Council Member Miller J. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 109.02, 109.03, 109. 04, 109. 06, AND 109.07 OF CHAPTER 109 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, ENTITZED "PUBLIC MEETINGS, " IN ORDER T4 PRDVIDE BETTER NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF THE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, ITS COMMITTEES, AND T'HE VARIOiIS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to revise various provisions within Chapter 109 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Public Meetings," in order to modernize the City's notification process and better advise the public of the meetings of the City Council, its committees, and the various boards and commissions of the City; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 109.02 ("Definitions") of Chapter 109 of the Administrative Code, which presently reads as follows: "109.02 DEFMTIONS. As used in this chapter: (a) "Clerk" means the Clerk of Council. (b) "Day" means a calendar day. (c) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of a Municipal body by a majority of the members of the Municipal body. (d) "Municipal body" means each of the following: (1) Council; (2) The Board of Zoning Appeals; (3) The Board of Building Code Appeals; (4) The Planning Commission; (5) The Civil Service Commission; (6) Assessment Equalization Boards; (7) The Parks and Recreation Commission; (8) The Board of Control; (9) The Human Relations Advisory Board; (10) The Landmarks Commission; (11) The Architectural Board of Review;
