<br />Ordinance No. 2003-115 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />SBCTION 2: That there are sufficient funds appropriated for said services to <br />authorize this contract expenditure, to be utilized on an as needed basis, and as refened <br />by the Directors ofLaw and Personnel, in an amount not to exceed $5,000 Dollars. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately <br />because appeals have been taken from administrative workers compensation awards to <br />the Court of Common Pleas and the City must Answer or otherwise plead in response, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. , <br />PASSED: G' 0 .3 <br />ATTEST.• <br />; <br />. <br />BARBARA L.
