? <br /> <br /> <br />PIERMANENT ST'ORIVI SEWER EASENLEN'T <br />KNOW ALL lY.EN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT THE NOR'T$ OLMSTED ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH, INC., the _ <br />GRANTOR, for and in consideration of valuable cansidexation received to its full satisfaction, <br />which is herehy acknowledged, does hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTII OLMSTED, a <br />municipal corporation, the Crrantee, its successor and assigns forever, a perpetual and permanent <br />easernent of Right-of-Way for Storm Sewer purposes on and under the Iand.s owned by the <br />C7rantor and kn:own as being part of Permaalent Pareel No. 231-32-007, in the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, as described and identified in the attached Exhibit "A" and "B", together with the <br />right and privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of consixuction, repair, <br />ma.intenance, inspection, and survey of said sewers and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said permanent easement.and right-of-way unto the sa.id <br />Grantee,-its successors and assigns forever.
