<br />*46 > . ?? <br />? <br />Ordinance No. 2003-99 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NQRTFI OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to, upon approval of the <br />Board of Control, enter into a contract with Floyd Browne Associates, Inc. ("FBA") providing <br />for the creation of an expanded Sanitary Sewer System Master Plan as described in the Title and <br />Preamble of this Ordinance ("Phase 11 study'), and consistem with the praposat attached ta this <br />legislation as Exhibit A. Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds for this project in <br />an amount not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($37,200.00). <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately because it is <br />vital to continue negotiations with the County and Olmsted Township pertaining to expansion of <br />the Olmsted Township satellite sewer district and the Phase II study, needed to continue <br />negotiations, must be prepared during the summer months, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: First Reading: ? 3 <br />Second Reading: 4? 3o G? <br />Third Reading: t e-` <br />Committee: a.? <br />ATTEST.• ? ? <br />, ?p? <br />iBARBARA L.
